The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter stands at the forefront of innovation, incorporating a cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a flexible modular design. This state-of-the-art sensor generates signals that undergo amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion, seamlessly transforming into digital signals. The microprocessor then performs precise linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters featuring HART protocol, the signal is meticulously converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via a sophisticated D/A converter. For PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, expect direct output of full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Crucial measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in dual EEPROMs, allowing users to fine-tune parameters directly on-site using three intuitive adjustment buttons. The LCD display offers immediate feedback on measurement results, fault alerts, and operation modes.
