The ZY8000D boasts an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, and can achieve up to 0.075% FS, making it a top-tier intelligent transmitter. Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a 99.9% accuracy rate, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Constructed with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it easily withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capability ensures unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000D is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continually monitors its own status in real time. Upon detecting a fault, the transmitter will enter an alert mode, outputting a warning electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing a control signal for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD display will automatically show 'Err', identify the faulty unit, and simplify the process of maintenance, repair, and replacement.
