The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter features state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and a cutting-edge modular design. The sensor-generated signals undergo amplification and conversion via a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming them into precise digital signals. These signals are then meticulously linearized and temperature-corrected within the microprocessor, ensuring supreme accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is transformed into a 4mA to 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via a D/A converter. For those with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the system outputs pure digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. The measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, while the LCD display provides immediate access to measurement results, fault information, and operation modes. Alternatively, parameters can also be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

ZY8000, with basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS), maintains its accuracy at 99.9% even after a decade of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it features excellent anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions that allow real-time status monitoring. In fault conditions, it enters alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err' in case of a fault, identifying and analyzing the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repairs, and replacements.convenient.
The diagnostic functions can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be presented as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If an electronic unit or measuring element fails, the faulty part can be replaced onsite without needing re-calibration.
