The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, enabling real-time self-monitoring. Upon encountering predefined quantity events, it transitions to fault alert mode, emitting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and supplying control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD instantly displays an error (Err), automatically analyzing and identifying the faulty component, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
