The ZY8000D boasts a remarkable basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest precision reaching 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an astonishing 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Enclosed in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, the ZY8000D effortlessly withstands severe chemical and mechanical stresses. Furthermore, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure unmatched stability and reliability.
Equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, the ZY8000D continually monitors its status in real-time. In the event of an anomaly, it activates a fault alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an Err message, quickly identifying and displaying the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks.
