The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a pinnacle of advanced engineering, featuring a cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a highly modular design. This sophisticated device processes the sensor signal through amplification and a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a digital signal. This signal is then meticulously refined with linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For models equipped with HART protocol, the transmitter converts the signal into a 4mA to 20mA DC output superimposed with an HART signal via the D/A converter. For transmitters featuring PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, it directly outputs full digital PROFIBUS-PA or FF signals. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in dual EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust settings directly at the measurement site using the three adjustment buttons, and conveniently read measurement results, fault information, and operating modes on the LCD display. Parameters can also be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, providing versatile and comprehensive control.

The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions for real-time status monitoring.
