The ZY8000 boasts a remarkable basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with an impressive highest accuracy of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an astounding 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. The device features a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, enabling it to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stress effortlessly. Additionally, it offers exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, allowing real-time monitoring of its status. Upon detecting any predefined quantity events, the transmitter enters a fault alert mode, outputting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display will automatically show an 'Err' message, analyze, and identify the faulty component, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks.
