The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter represents a pinnacle of modern engineering, seamlessly integrating an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor with a modular design. This state-of-the-art device captures signals from the sensor, amplifies them, and then processes these through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming them into precise digital signals. Subsequently, the microprocessor performs meticulous linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For configurations utilizing the HART protocol, the transmitter converts signals into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC current, overlaid with HART signals via a D/A converter. When equipped with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the transmitter outputs pure digital PROFIBUS-PA or FF signals directly. The intricacies of the measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in dual EEPROMs. Users benefit from the flexibility of adjusting parameters on-site through three intuitive adjustment buttons, and can effortlessly read measurement results, fault notifications, and operational modes on the LCD display. The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter features a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a highest accuracy of 0.075% FS). Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements can withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stress, while its strong anti-electromagnetic interference performance ensures high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 also includes integrated diagnostic functions for real-time self-monitoring. If a fault is detected, the transmitter triggers an alert mode, outputs alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an error (Err), analyzes the issue, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
The diagnostic functions can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms displayed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If any electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty component can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
