Product Parameters

 

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts a cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor, paired with a modular design. The signals generated by the sensor are amplified and processed by a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming them into digital signals. These signals undergo meticulous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For the transmitter featuring HART protocol, the digital signals are converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC superimposed HART signal through a D/A converter. Meanwhile, the PROFIBUS-PA and FF versions offer direct, full-digital outputs of PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The transmitter's measuring unit data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters directly at the measurement site using the three adjustment buttons. Additionally, they can read measurement results, fault information, and operation modes via the LCD display. Parameter settings can also be configured using HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 model, with its integrated diagnostic function, offers real-time status monitoring, entering fault alert mode and outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) upon exceeding predefined events. In the event of a fault, it provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD immediately displays an Err message, automatically analyzing and presenting the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms manifesting as warning or fault protection currents. It performs automatic diagnostics on SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. In case of electronic unit or measuring element failure, the faulty component can be replaced on-site without requiring recalibration.
