It maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy even after a decade of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Constructed with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses while offering superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 includes integrated diagnostic functions that can monitor its status in real time. In the event of a fault, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD display shows an error message, automatically analyzing and identifying the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
The diagnostic function is also compatible with HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, allowing alarms to be expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. In the event of damage to the electronic unit or measuring element, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site, eliminating the need for readjustment.
