Even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing and equipped with fully sealed measuring elements, the ZY8000 effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an advanced diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status in real-time. In the event of a fault, the transmitter switches to fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err' and pinpoints the faulty unit, making maintenance, repair, and replacement straightforward and hassle-free.
