Intelligent Flange Remote Transmitter Sensing
The measured
pressure through remote
transmission
devices, then transmit to the transmitter
through an oil-filled capillary.
This device can measure liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P), making it perfect for applications involving high temperatures (requiring the transmitter to be positioned away).
Ideal for handling high viscosity, easy-to-precipitate crystalline, or corrosive mediums. Widely utilized across various industries including petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power, environmental protection, new energy, and machinery equipment.

The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions, allowing real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, it enters alert mode, outputting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err' and identifies the malfunctioning unit, simplifying maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
