The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter represents the pinnacle of sensor technology, incorporating an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a modular design. This state-of-the-art device amplifies sensor signals and seamlessly converts them using a high-speed dual A/D converter into precise digital signals. The microprocessor then expertly handles linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the device elegantly converts measurements into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal, superimposed with HART communication. Transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver full digital signals directly, ensuring seamless integration. Essential data, including measurement units and functional parameters, are meticulously stored in dual EEPROMs for optimal performance.
