Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Featuring a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Additionally, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000 delivers high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that allows real-time monitoring of its status. In the event of a fault, the transmitter will activate a fault alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an error message (Err), identifying and analyzing the faulty component instantly. This feature simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument, making the process more efficient and convenient.
