The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter integrates state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology with a modular design. This cutting-edge device captures sensor signals, amplifies them, and uses a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform them into precise digital signals. The microprocessor then performs meticulous linear and temperature corrections to ensure superior accuracy.
For HART protocol transmitters, the device converts signals into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART information via a D/A converter. Transmitters equipped with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols can output fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. Measurement data and transmitter functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can easily adjust parameters on-site using three intuitive adjustment buttons and monitor measurement results, fault alerts, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter settings can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter achieves a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, and can reach up to 0.075% FS. Remarkably, it maintains 99.9% accuracy even after a decade of continuous operation, considerably reducing maintenance costs. With its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring components, it withstands severe chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference properties guarantee ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 integrates diagnostic functions and can monitor its own status in real-time. Upon detecting faults, it enters a fault alert mode, outputs alert electric currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems after a predefined number of events. In case of faults, the LCD display automatically shows an error (Err), analyzes, and displays the faulty unit, making maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument straightforward and convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms communicated as warnings or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software status. Should the electronic unit or measuring element fail, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site, eliminating the need for re-calibration.
