The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter embodies cutting-edge technology with its advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and modular design. This innovative device amplifies signals from the sensor and uses a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform them into digital signals. Subsequently, it performs linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring precise and reliable measurements.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the device seamlessly converts signals into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via a D/A converter. For those with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, it directly outputs full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The data from the measuring unit and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust the parameters on-site using three adjustment buttons, and view measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter settings can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, offering versatile operational options.
