The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter, a marvel of modern engineering, integrates advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors with a cutting-edge modular design. The sensor-generated signal undergoes amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion, transforming into a precise digital signal. This signal is then subjected to meticulous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor.
For the transmitter equipped with HART protocol, the signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART by the D/A converter. In the case of PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, they directly output fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users have the flexibility to adjust parameters directly on-site using the three adjustment buttons, with real-time access to measurement results, fault diagnostics, and operational modes displayed on the LCD. Additionally, parameter setup can be performed via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter offers an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak of 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements are designed to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 transmitter is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that provides real-time self-monitoring. Upon encountering predefined events, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and supplies control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display will automatically show 'Err,' analyze, and display the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed in the form of warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element fail, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
