The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter harnesses the power of advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and a cutting-edge modular design. This state-of-the-art device captures signals via the sensor, amplifies them, and utilizes a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform them into digital signals. The microprocessor then performs precise linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART data by the D/A converter. For those outfitted with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the transmitter directly outputs full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site with the three adjustment buttons, viewing measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameters can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, offering ultimate flexibility and control.

In the event of a fault, it enters an alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. When an issue arises, the LCD automatically displays an error message (Err), diagnosing and pinpointing faulty units, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.procedures.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. Automatic diagnostics cover SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software statuses. If an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty component can be replaced onsite without the need for recalibration.
