The vital data of the measuring unit and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two distinct EEPROMs. Users have the convenience of adjusting parameters directly on-site using the intuitive 3-button interface. The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter delivers basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS at its best). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements easily withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Additionally, the transmitter's strong anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure optimal stability and reliability.
ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions, enabling real-time monitoring of its status. When predefined events occur, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon detecting a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an error (Err) and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, expressing alarms in the form of warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without readjustment.
