The product offers exceptionally high precision pressure measurement capabilities for gas,
liquid, and other mediums. It is extensively utilized in petrochemical, metallurgy, environmental protection, and machinery equipment industries.
The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest precision reaching 0.075% FS. Even after a continuous decade of operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. With a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it easily withstands extreme chemical and mechanical loads. Additionally, it exhibits superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring the ZY8000 remains highly stable and reliable.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions and can monitor its status in real-time. Upon detecting any fault, it enters an alert mode, outputting alert electric currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error message (Err) and identifies the faulty unit, greatly simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
This makes maintenance and repairconvenient.
