The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter, crafted with cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and a modular design, represents the pinnacle of precision engineering. This state-of-the-art device amplifies sensor signals and converts them through a high-speed dual A/D converter into digital signals. Subsequently, these signals undergo meticulous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signals are seamlessly converted into 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signals via a D/A converter. For those with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the transmitter provides direct output of full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The precise measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the intuitive 3-button interface, and conveniently view measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameters can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, ensuring maximum flexibility and control.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter achieves a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy rate, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements can withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status in real time. Upon detecting predefined fault conditions, the transmitter enters alert mode, outputs alert electric currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an Err message, identifies the faulty unit, and simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element fails, the faulty part can be replaced directly on site without requiring readjustment.
