The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter, crafted with cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and a modular design, represents the pinnacle of pressure measurement technology. The sensor's signal undergoes amplification and is processed by a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a precise digital signal. This is followed by meticulous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC output with an overlaid HART signal by a D/A converter. Transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols output fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. The measurement data and functional parameters of the transmitter are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can easily adjust parameters directly at the measurement site using the three adjustment buttons, as well as read measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter settings can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

Introducing the ZY8000: the apex of intelligent transmitters with a fundamental accuracy of 0.1% FS (peaking at 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Built with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior performance in anti-electromagnetic interference ensures the ZY8000 remains highly stable and reliable.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting predefined fault conditions, the transmitter will enter fault alert mode, outputting alert electric currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Fault occurrences trigger the LCD display to automatically show 'Err', identify, and display the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.seamlessly convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms signaled through warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element incur damage, the specific faulty component can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
