The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak precision of 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, significantly cutting down on maintenance costs. Built with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measurement components, it effortlessly withstands severe chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure outstanding stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status in real-time. Upon detecting predefined fault conditions, the transmitter triggers a fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and sends control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. During a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an Err message, autonomously analyzing and identifying the faulty component, thus simplifying the processes of maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
