The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter represents a breakthrough in precision and reliability, featuring an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a state-of-the-art modular design. The sensor-generated signal undergoes amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion, transforming it into a digital signal. This digital signal is meticulously refined through linear and temperature corrections within a sophisticated microprocessor.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART data by a D/A converter. Meanwhile, transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols directly output comprehensive digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The crucial measurement unit data and transmitter functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, and view measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be managed seamlessly via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

After a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a breathtaking 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status. If predefined event thresholds are exceeded, it will enter fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon detecting a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, analyzes the issue, and identifies the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicated as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be promptly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
