The ZY8000 product can achieve high-precision pressure measurement of gas,liquid, and other mediums. It is widely used in the petrochemical, metallurgy, environmental protection, and machinery equipment industries.The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak accuracy reaching 0.075% FS. Even after ten years of continuous operation, it retains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. The transmitter features a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, enabling it to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Additionally, it exhibits exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, allowing real-time monitoring of its status. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems after reaching predefined thresholds. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an error (Err), analyzes, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.This makes the maintenance process moreconvenient.
