The ZY8000Y is an advanced intelligent flange remote transmitter designed for precise sensing.
It accurately measures
pressure remotely
using high-tech transmission
devices, which then seamlessly send data to the transmitter
through an oil-filled capillary system.
Capable of measuring liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P), the ZY8000Y is perfect for high-temperature environments (requiring transmitter distancing),
and is ideal for high viscosity, easy-to-precipitate, crystalline, or corrosive mediums. It is extensively used in the petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power, environmental protection, new energy, and machinery equipment industries.

Upon detecting a fault, it triggers an alert mode, outputting a specific alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, pinpointing and diagnosing the faulty unit, thus streamlining maintenance, repairs, and replacements for unparalleled convenience and efficiency.

Different materials and types of remote devices, combined with a special oil-filling device, maximize the transmitter's accuracy and meet overall cleanness requirements. The product offers excellent stability, with the highest accuracy at normal temperatures reaching 0.075%. The explosion-proof shell structure is suitable for all weather conditions and is compatible with the HART protocol.
