The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a marvel of modern engineering, employing a cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor married with a modular design. The sensor's signals undergo amplification and are processed by a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming them into digital signals. These signals are then finely tuned for linear and temperature corrections via the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signals are seamlessly converted into 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signals through a precise D/A converter. For those with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, they deliver pure digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. The data from the measuring unit and the transmitter's functional parameters are meticulously stored in dual EEPROMs. Users are empowered to adjust parameters directly on-site using three intuitive adjustment buttons, and can effortlessly read measurement results, fault alerts, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be performed via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, providing ultimate flexibility and control.

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter, with a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS and an exceptional highest accuracy of 0.075% FS, maintains 99.9% accuracy even after a decade of continuous use, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses while offering exceptional electromagnetic interference resistance for superior stability and reliability.
Featuring integrated diagnostic capabilities, the ZY8000 can monitor its status in real-time. Upon detecting a fault, it activates a fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error (Err) and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
Diagnostics can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms presented as warning or fault currents. The system autonomously diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty component can be replaced directly on-site without requiring recalibration.
