The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts a remarkable basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the potential to achieve a highest accuracy of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. The transmitter's robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements are designed to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Additionally, it features superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring the ZY8000 delivers unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time status monitoring. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters an alert mode, outputting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing a control signal for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error message (Err), pinpointing the faulty unit for easy maintenance, repair, and replacement. This automation greatly simplifies the upkeep and ensures the seamless operation of your systems.
