The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter, designed with cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors, boasts a modular architecture. The sensor-generated signal undergoes amplification and is transformed into a digital signal through a high-speed dual A/D converter. This digital signal then experiences meticulous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is further converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC HART signal, thanks to the D/A converter. Transmitters utilizing PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver direct, fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Data from the measuring unit and the functional parameters of the transmitter are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three intuitive adjustment buttons, while the LCD display provides real-time measurement results, fault information, and operational status. Additionally, parameter adjustments can also be performed via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

ZY8000: The epitome of intelligent transmitters with a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). After a decade of continuous operation, it still maintains a 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. With its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it easily withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its strong performance against electromagnetic interference guarantees the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, allowing real-time monitoring of its status. In the event of a malfunction, it enters fault alert mode, outputs a warning electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon detecting a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an error message, analyzes and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, andreplacement procedures.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be presented as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty component can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
