The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter showcases cutting-edge technology, incorporating an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a modular design. This high-precision device amplifies signals and uses a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform them into digital signals. These signals are then meticulously corrected for linearity and temperature via the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is converted to a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART by the D/A converter. When it comes to transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, they provide direct output of full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in two EEPROMs, allowing users to easily adjust parameters on-site using three adjustment buttons. Measurement results, fault information, and operation modes are displayed clearly on the LCD, and parameters can also be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that monitors its status in real time. In the event of a fault, it enters an alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a malfunction occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, analyzes the issue, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument.convenient.
