The ZY8000D boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with an optional highest accuracy of 0.075% FS. Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measurement elements allow it to endure extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Furthermore, it excels in anti-electromagnetic interference, ensuring unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000D features integrated diagnostic capabilities, enabling real-time status monitoring. Upon detecting faults, it enters an alert mode, outputting specific alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, identifies the faulty unit, and simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
