The ZY8000 Basic Accuracy Intelligent Transmitter boasts an impressive 0.1% FS accuracy, with the highest precision reaching 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains an astounding 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements effortlessly withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Additionally, it offers exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that allows for real-time monitoring of its status. Upon detecting a fault, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems after a specified number of events. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, analyzing and indicating the faulty unit. This feature simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
