The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter, from Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., boasts a cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and an innovative modular design. The sensor's signal is amplified and converted by a high-speed dual A/D converter into a digital signal. This signal undergoes precise linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For the HART protocol transmitter, the signal is meticulously converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal by the D/A converter. For those equipped with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, it directly outputs full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in two EEPROMs, allowing users to effortlessly adjust parameters directly at the site using three convenient adjustment buttons. Users can also read measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the clear LCD display. Additionally, parameter settings can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, providing flexible and seamless operation.

The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its operational status in real-time. In the event of a fault, the transmitter triggers an alert mode, outputting a specific alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err' and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
This diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system autonomously diagnoses the operating status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty component can be replaced directly on-site without needing readjustment.
