The ZY8000 basic accuracy intelligent transmitter boasts an impressive accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest precision reaching 0.075%FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements allow it to endure severe chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Additionally, it features strong anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 comes equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, enabling real-time status monitoring. Upon encountering a fault, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputting alert electric currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err' while analyzing and identifying the faulty unit. This feature simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.Convenient.
