For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via a D/A converter. The measurement data and transmitter functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three intuitive adjustment buttons, and view measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the clear LCD display. Additionally, parameter configuration is possible through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, ensuring flexibility and ease of use.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak of 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous use, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements efficiently handle extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it boasts formidable anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real-time. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters an alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD displays an error message, automatically pinpointing and displaying the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, andreplacement.
The diagnostic function can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should any electronic unit or measuring element be damaged, the faulty component can be directly replaced on-site, eliminating the need for readjustments.
