The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter stands out with its cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and modular design. This state-of-the-art sensor generates signals that are amplified and processed by a high-speed dual A/D converter, converting them into digital signals. These signals then undergo linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring supreme accuracy and reliability.
The transmitter, when equipped with HART protocol, converts signals into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC output superimposed with HART signals using a D/A converter. For PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, it directly outputs full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Functional parameters and measurement data are securely stored in two EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site using three adjustment buttons, and access measurement results, fault information, and operation modes via the LCD display. Additionally, parameter configuration is possible through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, offering unparalleled flexibility.

The Intelligent Anti-Crystallization Pressure Transmitter boasts comprehensive intelligent diagnostics, simulation capabilities, monitoring functions, and local configuration options. With a variety of communication functions, it offers complete specifications for various liquid materials, high standards of electromagnetic compatibility, and lightning protection. It's extensively used across a multitude of industries, including electric power, metallurgy, chemical industries, coal chemicals, petroleum, petrochemicals, environmental protection, food processing, pharmaceuticals, building materials, light industry, nuclear industry, and more. The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, allowing it to monitor its status in real-time. Should an anomaly occur, the transmitter will enter fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD display will automatically show an 'Err' message, analyze and display the faulty unit, streamlining maintenance, repair, and instrument replacement.

The diagnostic capabilities can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be conveyed in the form of warning or fault protection currents. Automatic diagnostics include monitoring the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. In the event of damage to the electronic unit or measuring element, the affected part can be replaced onsite without the need for recalibration.This ensures maximum uptime and operational efficiency.
