The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter integrates cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology within a sophisticated modular design. This advanced system amplifies sensor signals and employs a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform them into digital signals. Subsequently, the microprocessor performs precise linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For the transmitter equipped with HART protocol, the output is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal, seamlessly superimposed with HART communication. Transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver direct, fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The intricate data from the measuring unit and the functional parameters are securely stored within dual EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using three intuitive adjustment buttons. Additionally, the LCD display provides real-time measurement results, fault diagnostics, and operational modes. Parameter setup is also achievable via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols for ultimate flexibility.

The ZY8000 model incorporates an integrated diagnostic function that can monitor its status in real-time. Upon detecting predefined fault conditions, the transmitter will enter fault alert mode, outputting alert electrical current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display will automatically show an 'Err' message, analyze and display the faulty component, thus streamlining maintenance, repair, and replacement procedures.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. The alarm may be expressed as a warning or fault protection current. Automatic diagnostics cover the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. When the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without requiring readjustments.
