The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, reaching up to 0.075% FS at its peak performance. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Enclosed in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly handles extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure outstanding stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting predefined fault conditions, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, emits an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In case of a fault, the LCD screen displays an 'Err' message, automatically identifying and showing the faulty component, thereby simplifying maintenance and repair processes.
