(Flat type), T type, H type, and cylinder stop valve by their structural design.
Integrated Valve Group
In the factory, the transmitter and valve group are assembled and subjected to thorough pressure and leakage tests. This meticulous assembly process significantly reduces on-site installation procedures and prevents leakage issues emanating from transmitter installation.
Valve Group Features
·Safety Stop Pin
Utilizes stainless steel pins to ensure the valve seat remains securely attached to the valve body.
·Valve Body Design
Engineered with an integrated structure for enhanced strength and reliability.
·Valve Seat Sealing
Features hard sealing between stainless steel components for maximum safety and dependability.
·Valve Core
The valve core components boast a segmented structure, which significantly enhances the sealing performance and extends the service life of the valve group. Additionally, the handle's operability has been optimized.
·Lubricating Grease
High-quality imported grease is applied between the sealing washer and the adjusting screw, reducing friction and enhancing sealing performance.

The valve groups are managed by stop valves, discharge valves, and balance valves. Though these valves vary in size and markings based on their functions, they all share the same structural features.
