Advanced Intelligent Flange Remote Transmitter Sensing
The measured
pressure seamlessly through remote
transmission
devices, then accurately transmit to the transmitter
through an oil-filled capillary.
Capable of measuring liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P), this transmitter is ideal for high-temperature environments (requiring the transmitter to be positioned remotely).
Perfect for high viscosity substances, easily precipitated crystalline or corrosive media. It is extensively used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power generation, environmental protection, new energy, and machinery equipment.

Encased in a robust metal housing with completely sealed measuring elements, the ZY8000 effortlessly withstands severe chemical and mechanical challenges. Moreover, it boasts exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring extraordinary stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that allows real-time status monitoring. Upon detecting predefined fault quantities, the transmitter triggers a fault alert mode, outputting a warning current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and delivering control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an Err message, pinpointing the faulty unit for quick analysis. This feature greatly simplifies the maintenance, repair, and replacement processes, ensuring seamless operation.
