The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter revolutionizes pressure measurement with its advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and modular design. This state-of-the-art transmitter amplifies the sensor signal and employs a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform it into a digital signal, which then undergoes precise linear and temperature corrections managed by the microprocessor.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via a D/A converter. When featuring PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the transmitter offers direct output of fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are meticulously stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, and they can easily view measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter settings can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

ZY8000's basic accuracy is an impressive 0.1% FS (with a peak of 0.075% FS). After a decade of continuous operation, it can still maintain 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. With its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, the ZY8000 can effortlessly handle extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Additionally, it exhibits exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 integrates diagnostic functionalities capable of real-time status monitoring. Upon encountering defined quantities of events, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' analyzes the issue, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying the maintenance, repair, and replacement process.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicated by warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operating status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element be damaged, the faulty component can be directly replaced on-site, eliminating the need for readjustment.
