The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter offers basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with the highest at 0.075% FS). Impressively, after a decade of continuous operation, it retains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements can withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses with ease. Additionally, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status in real-time. Upon detecting a fault, it enters alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When an error occurs, the LCD screen automatically displays an error message, identifying and analyzing the faulty unit, thereby simplifying the maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument.convenient,efficient.
Moreover, the diagnostic function can be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms signaling warnings or fault protection currents. This automatic diagnostic capability continuously assesses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. When the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty component can be directly replaced on site without the need for readjustment.
