Sophisticated Intelligent Flange Remote Transmitter Sensing Technology
Accurately measures the
pressure remotely
via advanced transmission
devices, and then sends it to the transmitter
through an oil-filled capillary.
Capable of measuring liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P), it is ideal for high-temperature environments (where the transmitter needs to be kept at a distance),
as well as for handling high viscosity, easily precipitated crystalline, or corrosive mediums. This versatile transmitter is extensively used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power, environmental protection, new energy, machinery, and equipment.

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a marvel of precision, boasting a base accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest precision reaching an impressive 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, this transmitter maintains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Built with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, the ZY8000 effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure unmatched stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that enables real-time monitoring of its status. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters an alert mode, outputting a warning current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems after a predefined number of events. When a fault is detected, the LCD display automatically shows an error (Err) message, identifying and displaying the faulty component, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.
