Discover the ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter, an epitome of cutting-edge technology with its advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and modular design. This marvel captures signals through its sensor, amplifies them, and utilizes a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform them into digital signals. These signals are then meticulously refined through linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For models equipped with HART protocol, the refined digital signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal overlaid with HART information via the D/A converter. Models featuring PROFIBUS-PA and FF options deliver pure digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The transmitter's measurement data and functional parameters are stored separately in two EEPROMs, allowing users to effortlessly adjust parameters at the measurement site using the three adjustment buttons. The LCD display provides immediate access to measurement results, fault diagnostics, and operational modes. Additionally, parameter configuration can be achieved through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be represented as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measurement element be damaged, the faulty component can be replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
