Valve Group Brief Introduction
Our valve group is primarily designed for the initiation, cessation, pressure balancing, and discharge of input signals in differential pressure, pressure transmitters, and flow transmitters. Engineered for ease of installation, maintenance, and online instrument inspection, this valve group offers seamless operational efficiency.
It
is available in configurations of 2-valve groups, 3-valve groups, and 5-valve groups based on their functionalities.
Structurally, it is categorized into P type (Flat type), T type, H type, and cylinder stop valve.
Integrated Valve Group
At our factory, we assemble the transmitter and valve group, followed by comprehensive pressure and leakage tests. This integration minimizes on-site installation efforts and eliminates leakage risks associated with transmitter installation.
Valve Group Features
·Safety Stop Pin
Crafted from stainless steel, this pin prevents the valve seat from detaching from the valve body, ensuring secure operation.
·Valve Body Design
The integrated structure offers exceptional strength and high reliability, making it suitable for demanding applications.
·Valve Seat Sealing
Featuring a hard seal between stainless steel components, it guarantees safe and reliable operation.
·Valve Core
The valve core components utilize a segmented structure, enhancing both sealing performance and service life. The handle operation has been optimally improved for better handling.
·Lubricating Grease
The use of imported grease between the sealing washer and adjusting screw reduces friction and heightens sealing performance.

Our valve groups are regulated by stop valve, discharge valve, and balance valve. While valves of different functions vary in size and markings, they share consistent structural features, ensuring uniformity and reliability across applications.

Now, we can accept 50% down payment and 50% balance payable 5 days before delivery by T/T, west union, PayPal and trade assurance online payment.
