The ZY8000 series intelligent transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. With its durable metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it can effortlessly withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it features exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions that enable realtime monitoring of its status. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error (Err) and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicated as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for readjustments.
