The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter, a pinnacle of modern engineering, integrates an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor with a modular design. The sophisticated sensor's signal is meticulously amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a digital signal. This signal then undergoes precise linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters with HART protocol, the system converts signals into a 4mA to 20mA DC output, superimposed with HART signals via a D/A converter. For PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, it directly outputs full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The transmitter's measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, while the LCD display provides real-time measurement results, fault information, and operational modes. Parameter adjustments can also be made through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, offering flexibility and ease of use.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter features a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a highest achievable accuracy of 0.075% FS. Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements effortlessly withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Furthermore, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference performance guarantees exceptional stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions that allow real-time monitoring of its status. In the event of predefined anomalies, the transmitter switches to fault alert mode, outputs alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and the SIS safety system. When a fault occurs, the LCD display instantly shows an 'Err' message, automatically pinpointing and displaying the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, andreplacement.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms conveyed through warning or fault protection currents. The system can automatically diagnose the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be swiftly replaced on-site without recalibration.
