The ZY8000 boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with an exceptional highest accuracy of 0.075% FS. Remarkably, after a decade of continuous operation, it still maintains an astounding 99.9% accuracy, ensuring significant savings in maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements allow it to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses with ease. Additionally, it offers superior protection against electromagnetic interference, guaranteeing the highest levels of stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 integrates advanced diagnostic functions to monitor its status in real-time. Upon detecting any predefined fault conditions, it enters an alert mode, outputting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err' during a fault occurrence, analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
