The ZY8000 intelligent pressure transmitter boasts an astounding basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest precision reaching 0.075% FS. The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter by Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. features a state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor coupled with a modular design. The sensor-generated signals undergo amplification and are processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming them into digital signals. Within the microprocessor, these signals are finely tuned for linearity and temperature accuracy.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal with superimposed HART communication via a D/A converter. Transmitters compatible with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols provide direct, full digital outputs of PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Measurement data and transmitter functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site using three intuitive adjustment buttons and monitor measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setups can be managed via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 model features an integrated diagnostics function that continuously monitors its status. If an issue arises, the LCD display instantly shows an error code (Err), identifying the faulty unit for easier maintenance and repair.
The diagnostics can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, expressing alarms through warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the sensor's running status, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should an electronic unit or measuring element fail, the defective part can be replaced on-site without needing recalibration.
