The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts a remarkable basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with an exceptional peak accuracy of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it sustains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, leading to substantial savings on maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring components, it excels in withstanding severe chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Furthermore, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000 maintains unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status in real-time. In case of predefined fault events, the transmitter activates a fault alert mode, outputting alert signals (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon detecting a fault, the LCD screen automatically displays an error message (Err), identifies and analyzes the faulty unit, thereby streamlining maintenance, repair, and replacement processes to be more straightforward and efficient.
